computer science, engineering graphics, English, mathematics, and physics.
The Governor French "WYSE Guys" team has advanced to the sectional competition 9 out of the last 10 years and to the state competition 8 of the last 10 years. Individual students have qualified for the sectional and state competitions each year.
Governor French students also participate in the WYSE SMART (Science, Math and Reading Tests) Challenge. These tests are generally administered to first- and second-year GFA upper school students to give them test-taking practice.
